This store is light-filled literally and metaphorically- it is such a pleasure to browse here and find a wonderful range of clothes and shoes for my littlies. It feels like a wonderful step in the right direction to encourage a sustainable cycle of good quality clothes, and bonus points that my kids can still look great on a budget.

Hello there!
I'm Kiri! I opened Use-Ta! in 2014, inspired by my own struggle to find great quality second-hand kids' clothes. I love dressing my kids in trendy new clothes, but I also value sustainable options to reduce our environmental footprint.
I worked as a house cleaner when my son was born, so I knew that many families had piles of outgrown treasures in their homes. All of that clutter was making it hard for them to keep their homes tidy, but finding the time to list their items was a real obstacle to those goodies finding new homes.
More than a decade on, I still love helping families keep on top of their wardrobes, doing my bit for the environment, and providing an outlet for some seriously rad baby and kids' clothing!
