All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

We use Australia Post. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery within Australia. Please allow 7-12 business days for shipping to New Zealand*. Delivery times may extend during busy periods. 

If you would like to arrange shipping outside of Australia, please contact us directly.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we will not accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details. 

The delivery times provided are estimates only.

If you are sending a gift please let us know and we will send order without prices or payment information.

Use-Ta! bears no responsibility in parcels being delayed by Australia Post and their shipping partners.

*International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may occur rest solely with the customer. 

Store Pick Up

Orders must be collected within 90 days.

You can collect store pick up orders during our store opening hours.

Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm

Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Sunday: 10am - 2pm
