We do our very best to call out any quirks or flaws, and we include helpful notes on size and fit so there are no surprises. Unless we say otherwise, sizes are listed according to the manufacturer’s tag.

Here’s how we rate garment condition:
• New with tag: Ready for its first outing – in original condition with the manufacturer’s tags still attached.
• New without tag: Looks like it’s never left the house – no signs of washing or wear, just missing the original tags.
• Very good: Lightly loved. The item has been washed and worn a few times, with gentle signs of wear like mild pilling or slight wash-fade.
• Good: Loved and lived in. The item has clearly been washed and worn, and may have faint stains, mild pilling or a little extra stretch.
• Acceptable: Well-loved and still going. The item may have visible marks, stains, pilling or stretched fabric, but is absolutely still wearable.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and individual screen settings.

We are happy to exchange for something different or issue a credit note, as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days, with our tags attached, and you can provide proof of purchase. Refunds are only issued if the item is defective or incorrectly described.
